St Paul's, Cheltenham: Schools
Schools
St Paul's has a solid mix of state and independent schools nearby. Christ Church CofE Primary stands out as Outstanding — a rating that's genuinely hard to come by.
Within roughly 1 kilometre you'll find 6 primary schools, 1 nursery, and the world-renowned Cheltenham Ladies' College for secondary and sixth form. The University of Gloucestershire's Francis Close Hall campus is right here in the neighbourhood.
Christ Church earned its Outstanding Ofsted grade in December 2023. Dunalley Primary and Saint Gregory the Great are both rated Good. Gardners Lane, the one school inside the neighbourhood, is also Good but has a follow-up inspection scheduled.
Gloucester Road Primary's results are below average, so it's worth looking into if you have children of primary age.
