Hardwick, South Cambridgeshire: Transport
Transport
Hardwick is a quiet neighbourhood on Cambridge's eastern edge. You'll need a car for most journeys here, as public transport is limited.
Bus stops are your main option for getting around without a car. There are several in the neighbourhood, and they'll get you into Cambridge city centre, but services don't run very often. If you're commuting regularly, you'll want a car.
There's no train station or cycle hire scheme in Hardwick itself. The roads are decent though — you've got straightforward access to the A14 and A11, which makes driving to other areas pretty easy.
Transport accessibility here is below the UK average, so it's something to think about if you're considering the neighbourhood.
