Semi-detached prices sit above Plungington and Sharoe Green but below Cadley and Preston Rural East, which both average over £220,000. Terraces tell a different story though — at £178,468, they're the highest across all the neighbouring neighbourhoods, well above Plungington's £119,870 and Cadley's £132,002. Flats are the cheapest property type everywhere, and Greyfriars' £107,125 average is roughly in line with Plungington and Cadley. All these figures fall well below the UK average for every property type, so Greyfriars stays a relatively low-cost area to buy in.
