Ballymurphy, Belfast: Schools

Ballymurphy has a solid education offer with 2 schools right in the neighbourhood and several more just outside it, covering primary through to further education. Within the neighbourhood, you'll find Bunscoil an tSléibhe Dhuibh, an Irish-medium primary school on Ballymurphy Road, and Coláiste Feirste, an Irish-medium secondary school. Both are state schools and reflect the area's strong Irish language tradition. Just beyond the neighbourhood boundary, you can access John Paul II Primary School, St Paul's Primary School, Blackmountain Primary School, and Springfield Primary School. Springvale Campus, part of Belfast Metropolitan College, is also nearby for further education. We don't have ETI inspection data for these schools, so we can't provide ratings or comparisons.
