Widcombe & Lyncombe, Bath and North East Somerset: Transport
Transport
Widcombe & Lyncombe sits just outside Bath city centre, so you get easy access to Bath Spa station and the main bus network without being caught up in the hustle.
Bath Spa station is close by with regular direct trains to Bristol and London — that's a real draw if you commute. You can walk to the main bus routes into the city centre, though the neighbourhood itself has fewer stops than you'd find closer in.
Cycling infrastructure is limited within the neighbourhood, but nearby routes connect you to the wider city. The A36 runs close by, so you can head south towards Warminster or north into Bath quickly by car.
Connectivity here is reasonable rather than exceptional compared to the UK average, but being near Bath's main transport hub keeps it well placed.
