Tollgate, West Suffolk: Transport
Transport
Tollgate has a railway station right in the neighbourhood, which gives it a real edge over similar areas when it comes to getting around. You can also rent a car locally if you need one.
The train connection is the big draw here. You get a direct route out of the neighbourhood without needing a car at all. Bus stops are just outside the neighbourhood boundary, so they're nearby but not right on your doorstep.
If you drive, you're in good shape. Fuel stations are both inside and just outside the neighbourhood, and the local road networks make getting around by car straightforward.
Cycling infrastructure exists, but most of it's outside the neighbourhood. It's there if you want it, though it's not what Tollgate does best. Overall, the transport options here are solid, with that local rail access being the real standout.
