Taff's Well, Rhondda Cynon Taf: Transport
Transport
Taff's Well has decent transport links for a village. The local train station is the real draw — it gives you direct access to Cardiff and the wider rail network. Bus provision is limited though, so you'll mostly rely on the train or a car.
The train station is what makes this neighbourhood work. You can reach Cardiff city centre in a short commute, which appeals to people who want village living without losing easy access to work and amenities.
There aren't many bus stops around, so you'll need either the train or a car for most journeys. The A470 is nearby, which makes driving straightforward if you're heading north or south.
You'll find bicycle parking locally, which is a small positive. Transport here is functional rather than exceptional, but that rail link keeps it competitive.
