About Stratford Olympic Park
Stratford Olympic Park has excellent transport connections. Stratford station gives you access to the Underground, Overground, Elizabeth line, National Rail and DLR, and there's a strong cycling network too. You'll find a good mix of cafés, restaurants and bars, the air quality is good, and there are solid local schools including Bobby Moore Academy and Colegrave Primary, which is rated Outstanding. Flats here cost more than in neighbouring Stratford and Bow East, thanks to the newer developments around the park. Rents are lower than in Tower Hamlets and Hackney Wick though. The neighbourhood attracts a highly skilled workforce — many residents work from home — and anti-social behaviour has been falling steadily. That's made it increasingly appealing for professionals and families.
