St Augustine's, Vale of Glamorgan: Transport
Transport
St Augustine's is well-connected for a Cardiff neighbourhood. You've got a railway station right here, ferry access, and solid road links that work well for commuters and drivers alike.
The railway station gets you into central Cardiff easily. The ferry terminal is a real bonus — it's an unusual asset that gives you a different travel option. Road connections are good too, with tertiary roads offering decent access to the wider city and beyond.
Cycling infrastructure is limited though. There's just one cycle parking spot and no dedicated cycleway in the neighbourhood. If you're planning to commute by bike, that's something to factor in.
Overall, transport here is better than you'd find in most UK neighbourhoods, which tends to support long-term property value.
