Pembroke: St Michael, Pembrokeshire: Schools
Schools
St Michael's neighbourhood has limited local school provision — there are just 2 primary schools nearby, and both sit outside the neighbourhood boundary.
Ysgol Gelli Aur Golden Grove is the closest option, run by Pembrokeshire County Council. Lamphey C.P. School is a short distance further east. We don't have Estyn rating data for these schools here, so check Estyn directly — Wales uses Estyn rather than Ofsted to inspect schools.
You'll need to travel beyond this neighbourhood for secondary schooling. If you have children, research catchment areas before you commit to moving here. The rural setting means school choice is naturally more limited than you'd find in larger towns nearby.
