Peasedown, Bath and North East Somerset: Transport
Transport
Peasedown is a quiet village neighbourhood where most residents drive for everyday travel. Public transport is limited, so a car really does make a difference here.
There are bus stops in the area, though the network is modest and some routes go beyond the neighbourhood boundary. You won't find a train station or cycle hire scheme locally.
There is a cycleway in the neighbourhood, which is good to see. Overall though, cycling infrastructure is fairly limited.
The A367 runs nearby and gives you decent road access to Bath and the wider Somerset area. If you drive, that's genuinely useful.
Public transport accessibility here is below the UK average. If you're planning to live car-free, you'll want to think carefully about whether this neighbourhood works for you.
