The neighbourhood does have four schools though, including a secondary, which is a real plus if you've got kids. Semi-detached and detached homes cost more than the local average, but terraces give you better value for money. If you're renting, you're in luck — the neighbourhood attracts plenty of young professionals thanks to the university city nearby.
