Kursaal, Southend-on-Sea: Transport
Transport
Kursaal has solid transport links. There's a railway station right in the neighbourhood, plus several more nearby, so you can reach the wider rail network without a car.
The real draw here is the rail connections. You're in a good spot for commuting, and having multiple stations close by gives you flexibility. Bus services are more limited — the nearest bus station sits just outside the neighbourhood.
Cycling infrastructure is sparse, so if you cycle regularly, you'll want to keep that in mind. Car rental is available nearby if you don't own a vehicle.
The A13 is within reach, giving you straightforward road access to London and Essex. That kind of connectivity tends to support long-term property values.
