Horton's a quiet, rural neighbourhood where outdoor life is the main draw — you've got sailing, fishing and camping right on your doorstep, low crime rates and excellent air quality. Houses here tend to be larger detached and semi-detached properties, and they're priced well above the surrounding areas.
