Highter's Heath is one of south Birmingham's more affordable neighbourhoods. You'll find semis around £243,000 and terraces around £221,000 — both cheaper than what you'd pay nearby. The neighbourhood has everything you need for daily life: five supermarkets, pharmacies and banks are all here. Air quality is excellent too.
Crime's dropped sharply over the past two years, and anti-social behaviour has nearly halved. That's a real improvement.
If you drive, you've got easy access to the trunk road and motorway network. Public transport is limited though, so this neighbourhood works best if you own a car.
