About Broadway
Broadway is a quiet, residential neighbourhood in Bangor on Belfast Lough. The air quality is good and crime sits well below the Northern Ireland average — and it's dropping year on year. You'll find everyday shops and cafés just outside the neighbourhood boundary, but there's a park, golf course and even a zoo nearby to give the area character. Schools from primary through to sixth form are all within a kilometre. Transport costs are lower than the UK average, though you'll still need your own car to get around easily. Rents have climbed steadily, and family-sized homes command a clear premium here, which reflects strong demand for more space in this settled corner of Ards and North Down.
