Brantham, Babergh: Schools
Schools
Brantham has limited schooling options — you'll find a preschool and a state primary academy, though the primary school does have a Good Ofsted rating.
Brooklands Primary School is an academy converter rated Good by Ofsted in October 2022. In 2024, 71% of its pupils met expected standards in reading, writing and maths — a solid performance.
Saint Michael's Preschool on Rectory Lane provides early years provision for younger children.
There's no secondary school in the neighbourhood, so you'll need to arrange travel once children reach that stage. Check the catchment areas for local secondary options before you move.
