Tradespark

Tradespark sits within the Culloden and Ardersier neighbourhood, a settled area near Inverness with a good spread of everyday amenities and no recorded crime over the past three years. Supermarkets, coffee shops and pharmacies cover daily needs locally, while Inverness is close enough for bigger shops and a night out. Schools are well provided for, with several primaries, a secondary academy and further education options, and GP and pharmacy access is solid too. A railway station and good road links into Inverness make getting around straightforward, though you'll still want a car for daily life. Look a little wider and the surrounding area builds on this with real variety. Nairn and Cawdor brings coastal small-town charm, drier and sunnier weather than much of the Highlands, and strong family provision through five primary schools and Nairn Academy. Inverness South offers a quieter, semi-rural feel with excellent air quality and nine parks nearby, while Badenoch and Strathspey, though more remote, surprises with 31 coffee shops, 39 restaurants and a genuinely active outdoor scene. Forres rounds things out with affordable living costs and easy rail access to both Inverness and Aberdeen. Across the board, these neighbourhoods share low crime rates, decent healthcare coverage and schools that keep families close to home. Transport is a consistent strength too, with rail links and the A96 corridor connecting the whole area to Inverness and beyond, so you're never far from a bigger centre when you need one. Living costs vary somewhat, with Forres and Inverness South sitting close to or below the UK average, while Nairn and Cawdor runs a little higher. Overall, Tradespark benefits from a genuinely well-rounded setting, combining everyday convenience with easy access to coast, countryside and city alike.
